This site is static, sets no cookies, and runs no tracking. Personal data is only processed in the following cases:

Contact form

What data: Name, email address, message text (required fields of the contact form).

Purpose: To handle your contact request.

Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures / initiation of a contract).

Retention: Until your request is fully handled, plus 6 months for follow-up, then deletion.

Recipient: Luca Lengersdorf (studio operator). The form does not send any data to a server: it opens your own email client with a pre-filled message, which only you send. Your details therefore reach us by ordinary email.

Hosting

The site is served statically via Cloudflare Pages (Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA). The provider processes IP addresses only to deliver the page and to fend off attacks (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR, legitimate interest), under a Data Processing Agreement with Standard Contractual Clauses (Art. 46 GDPR).

Fonts

All fonts (Archivo, IBM Plex Mono, Geist, Geist Mono, Playfair Display) are served directly from this site. No connection to Google servers is made and no data is sent to Google.

Your rights

Under GDPR you have the right to access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing, objection, and data portability. To exercise your rights, contact luca@lengersdorfstudio.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
